Based in Nice, I offer the service of a private chef from Monaco to Saint-Tropez, whether you need me for a permanent on call position or specific dates and event.
I also propose my services to customers around France, Europe and the rest of world.
As a personal Chef, I can fulfill the kitchen needs of your villa, apartment, yacht (STCW95 and ENG1 certification) or chalet and have you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Health conscious and dedicated to taste, all special diet and specific requirements will be taken care of.

Chef Pierre grew up in the French Alps near Grenoble. He developed a passion for cooking at an early age and soon learned that quality food should be inspiring and artistic.
Pierre studied traditional French gastronomy for 4 years. He then moved to London and spent the next 6 years working as a head Chef at The Bingham Hotel in Richmond.
After his experience in UK, Pierre travelled to Greece and Cyprus enhancing and perfecting his Italian, Asian and Greek cooking skills while working for the luxurious Anassa hotel with other chefs from around the world.
Returning to France in 2008, he worked in collaboration with Michelin star chef Alain Parodi at the Beauchamps in Paris.
After 17 years of professional experience Pierre has chosen to go private so that he may work more closely with his clients. Customer focused, versatile and with attention to detail, Pierre’s style of cooking is inspired by the guests’ taste, location, seasons and circumstances.
Sourcing the best and freshest ingredients around, using local suppliers and organic seasonal produce whenever possible is a key point in cooking tasty meals.
I work closely with my clients considering their specific suggestions and ideas as well as offering expert knowledge when establishing the desired meal plans.
The sample menus give you an example of what I have to offer but I will prepare and cook dishes to match your individual needs, should you be vegetarian, vegan or an athlete on a specific diet like gluten, dairy or sugar free. I do cook daily from scratches and all preparations such as healthy juice, sushi, bread, pasta and ice cream will all be made in your kitchen.
